About

Graham

With over fifteen years of professional practice across personal training and clinical rehabilitation, my work is built around careful judgement, appropriate loading, and long-term physical resilience.

I work with individuals who value a measured, one-to-one approach — where time, privacy, and personal context are respected. Much of my work takes place in settings where discretion and consistency matter, and that same standard of care underpins every working relationship.

Sessions are delivered privately and live, online, via your own training space. This is a fully 1-to-1 model — not pre-recorded content or periodic check-ins. Each session allows for real-time observation and adjustment, so the work can progress appropriately and remain sustainable over time.

Philosophy

Quality Over Volume

I work with a deliberately small number of clients to ensure consistency, flexibility, and the level of attention each person requires. This allows the work to remain responsive to personal circumstances, rather than shaped by fixed formats or generic structures.

Every aspect of the process is shaped around the person — including goals, available equipment, schedule, and physical context. Whether the focus is rehabilitation, strength, mobility, or general fitness, the approach evolves as needs change.
